#8 Movie Feels of 2012: The Avengers

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Or should I say the All-Star Hero movie of the year next to The Expendables? For that alone, I could say that it’s not a waste of money. There were funny scenes every now and then thanks mostly to Hulk and Tony Stark and his arrogance. There’s also the visuals that satisfied those who were looking for lots of explosive, CG eyecandy and more Scarlet Johansson vixen-ness. To me, the film was intended mainly to entertain the audience especially the fans who had long dreamed of seeing their heroes kicking evil butts together in one legendary mission. But if you’re not a fan, I suggest you watch this only when you’re in the mood for a typical coming together of the heroes story. I think this movie could have been better, but I guess having too many stars in a show doesn’t leave enough room for a groundbreaking plot.
